Excelent location - about 20-30 minutes walking to Alexanderplatz.
The street is not very noisy and the windows of our rooms were in the backyard.
The rooms are clean, warm, there is a non-stop hot water, the bed is comfortable.
There is a Wi-Fi. -

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We liked the large black and white photos in the room and the corridors, showing scenes of The Wall in the past. -

there were maximum of comfort provided, even things we couldnt expect: even possibility to use some food. More convenient than to stay in a hotel. Hosts allowed us to leave later than on check out hour. Great! -

We loved the location but it might not be for everyone, it was not even
a 5 minute walk to Alexander platz which was great as where we stayed
was quite quiet. The staff were excellent and the hotel was lovely and
always immaculate! We didn't get the breakfast so I can't
comment on that, but there was bakeries everywhere, so don't feel
the need to

While not most modern it is well maintained & managed. Everything worked as it should and staff friendly and extremely helpful. (Stefanie the best concierge we have sruck - anywhere). Two minutes walk to public transport and tickets available at hotel. Complimentary croissants and coffee from 5.30 to 6.30 great for early departure.

The location was good, just a little out of the heart of the city. There was plenty of room to move around. Everyone on the staff spoke fluent English. Best food is two streets behind the hotel. Not a great selection on the main street. But found plenty of great food two blocks behind the hotel. If you want to get away great hotel...if you

Loved the style! Also, I loved being in Prenzlauer Berg close to great shops, restaurants, etc. It is conveniently located to Alexanderplatz, but not too close that the Chaos from that comes near by. You can take the tram 3 stops or walk there. Beautiful light, comfortable studio! I wish I had an apt. like this in Berlin. :)

I liked everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet. Good tram-connection to centre. - The room was very spacious and clean. Excellent staff and location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The big windows hardly block out the light though so do consider brin

The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! -
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.

Being a hostel as well as a hotel, this hotel is more suited to groups and young couples, although people of all ages were staying there. The price was excellent for the quality of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and gave us plenty of information about the city and transport etc. There was also an excellent free walking tour every day that
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » started from the hotel each morning - Great location with U station 20 meters from the hotel entrance and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Stylish and clean room with excellent views over the rooftops (not all room have this, though) and no noise from the street or other guests.
