I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes
including the hotel itself. There is Alexa shopping mall 2 minutes away

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. The decor and attention to detail....Personal style and not typical chain hotel...Good atmosphere in the bar and restaurant... Nice clientele, so quality fellow guests not package tour brigade..Staff very helpful and quality...Food good...Nice wines....Stayed in 4 hotels as car was being repaired ,my children thought this one the best,me too. -

the hotel was lovely and one of the bar staff was really friendly and helpful and even booked us a table at a restaurant that he had recommended for a romantic meal as my boyfriend and I had got engaged the night before

We loved the morden design of the apartment. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is 5 min walk to Metro/train station. The manager is super friendly and responsive, he even loaned his cell phone for us to use during the stay. We had a great time in Berlin! -

Great location near Alexanderplatz and easy shopping for groceries and supplies at the huge Alex shopping mall.
Close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, making travel around Berlin a breeze.
Clean and modern style with a well appointed kitchen.
Very attentive owners / staff that were there on time for our arrival and very responsive with all questions

The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.

The residence is very close to Alexander Platz that is in the hart of
downtown animations and at several minutes walk only from museum
historic sites. It is also at 3 minutes walk from U-bahn, 6 minutes walk
for S-bahn, 10 minutes walk from txl bus to Tegel Airport. While along a
big boulevard, the inside building is completely new and design like

It's a luxury appartment in the same Alexanderplatz, at 10 minutes to the CN Tower and the Cathedral and the Isle of Museums. There are dishwasher with soap, and all you can need.

Everything. The view of Berlin skyline and Fernsehturm was unbelievable, and the location was great. Within walking distance of Mitte, and with S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations literally around the corner.
It was all very enjoyable, and I hope to come back. -

They allowed us to keep the suitcases in the hitel after the check-out (until 4pm). Glasses, cutlery available to use in a kitchenette. Music in the bathroom, hairdryer, soft toilet paper :) close to all metro and train lines, shoppingmall opposite, clean room -
