The staff of the hotel is extremely nice and helpful! This hotel is one of the few that has a wheelchair accessible room with a double bed! Wonderful! - The staff is very informative and helpful. They will go an extra mile to assist their clients.

We were very impressed with the hotel staff. They were very kind, courteous and helpful. They did everything they could to make our brief stay enjoyable. We had a kitchenette room and it was very clean, comfortable and it was in a good location too. We would definitely recommend this hotel. -

The hotel was in exactly the right spot for us - opposite the Thomaskirche, next door to the Bach Museum, the Gewandhaus 5 minutes away. St Nicholas Church down the road. We went to Leipzig to listen to Bach as part of a trip to hear music by Wagner in Bayreuth, Mozart in Salzburg, Haydn in Eisensdat et etc. This hotel is superb

Our room was amazing, with excellent views and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room was quite large and the hotel was excellent, with a fantastic breakfast. - This was a first class hotel with excellent service.
