Staff are friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Most
reception staff are friendly and helping. The location is excellent. 1-2
minute walk from Alexanderplatz station where underground, tram and city
train can be found. There are many places near by that rent bikes

Just spent the first two days of our Honeymoon here in Berlin and stayed @ The Holiday Inn Alexanderplatz. After getting off the train and going in to a nearby tall hotel to ask for directions to The Holiday Inn, after the way I was treated by 3 members of staff of that hotel by just asking a simple question, it was pleasure to know that we had not booked to stay and that hotel and instead had opted for The Holiday Inn. We loved the morden design of the apartment. The kitchen is fabulous. The location is 5 min walk to Metro/train station. The manager is super friendly and responsive, he even loaned his cell phone for us to use during the stay. We had a great time in Berlin! -

They allowed us to keep the suitcases in the hitel after the check-out (until 4pm). Glasses, cutlery available to use in a kitchenette. Music in the bathroom, hairdryer, soft toilet paper :) close to all metro and train lines, shoppingmall opposite, clean room -

The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

Μου άρεσε που το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και έτσι μπορούσα να μετακινηθώ πολύ εύκολα. Επίσης μου άρεσε που το δωμάτιο ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και με μεγάλο παράθυρο αλλά και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. - Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ ευρύχωρα και καθαρά, και το πρωινό τέλειο.

All in all, a very good experience, starting with the initial good-value booking for a central hotel/hostel at one of Berlin's busiest times; the pleasant, efficient and helpful staff; the interesting conversion of an historic building; through the comfort and cleanliness of the room and facilities including the 24-hour bar with simple food served

I had the chance of meeting and talking with staff of the hostel. They
were very friendly and helpful. The room was very big. There were three
bunk beds in a room for four. The toilet and showing facilities were
also excellent for a hostel. I was sick and it was comfortable staying
in bed for a day to rest. I'd recommend this place to friends.

It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing
to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best
will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights
there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they
all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is
helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use
them again
