There are so many excellent things about the Apartments, but it would be difficult not to mention first of all the location. It is 5 minutes from the station and the Cathedral. Normally that would sound warning bells as many hotels close to city centre stations are in seedy areas. This is not the case here; the neighbourhood is a pleasure to walk around and entirely safe. The staff are extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. The apartments are very spacious with all the facilities one needs

Overall this hotel was excellent in all aspects, I found the staff to be the best thing about the hotel. They were so friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Excellent!!! - The room was very large, which was great, the sauna/steam room facilities were excellent, and the fact that it stayed open so late was brilliant. Breakfast was also very good, staff very helpful and pleasant.

The location, the staff, the atmosphere... - Proximity from the U-Bahn station (~200m), though in the night it might be tricky to find your way because trees obstruct the view. Maybe there should be a small description how to get to the hotel from the station?
