An ideal hotel for an overnight stop en route to southern Germany. The hotel is clean and modern - this applies to public areas as well as my guest room. The bathroom suite was clean and bright, and everything worked. - My second visit. Very easy to get to from the motorway network, so an ideal overnight stopping point. Everything about this hotel

Brilliant location and very helpful staff able to help me with my broken German - Hotel was easy to find and plenty of spaces for car park. Room was spacious and even fit two double beds and a table.

The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The staff was very helpful

We went to see the Cathedral and the surrounding area. Very nice and walking distance from the hotel. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our luggages in a locked and secured room with tags on it. The room is small but we only stayed there to sleep. We were gone the whole day. Free wifi-great amenity. -

I highly recommend Hotel Benelux. The location is ideal because it is so close to the Dom square. Parking is available on site or right around the corner in a large parking garage. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We had a large group of family members visit us for a lovely lunch one day. The food was superb and the staff accommodated the little kids very well. -

On the website it says check in is at 3pm but we arrived at 11:30am and they promptly checked us in. There was a mix up with our reservation, they couldn't find it, but it turned out that it had be put in the wrong pile of papers and after that things were great. Free internet in the lobby and room service till 11pm, and they even have a 24hr men

Near to main train station. Quietly located room, bikes could be parked savely, although not rain- free. Wifi costs 3€ per day. Worth value for money. -
Easy to get to if arriving by train, comfortable room and good breakfast. Staff on reception and in the bar welcoming friendly and efficient
