The location was great - a short walk from Gare du Nord, close to many good budget-minded cafes, and incredible jazz clubs. The view from the sixth floor (i.e. seventh) was wonderful. 1. Location - we had a window with a completely amazing view on Sacré-
Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station.
2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes.
3. Public kitchen is a good thing.
4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

Warmful relationship between hotel personnel and client - The hotel is close to a good Metro line, in a Chinatown area full of cheap groceries and restaurants (as long as you like Chinese). The 24-hr staff is friendly. There is a balcony and a nice television. This is OK for a cheap hotel, but plan ahead for something better.

The hotel was great, I would say it's a good balance between price and location. It has just everything you need, very basic and rooms are small, nothing extravagant, but its clean and the location is extremely convenient: 2 blocks from the CDG shuttle bus, 1 block from RER and metro stations, 1 block from Lafayette shopping center, etc.

The hotel is not luxury but well organized. The bathroom size is good with a very nice shower. The staff is really gentle and friendly. They help my mother with the luggage, inform us about places to eat, markets and buses. The breakfast is very good and you don't have to pay a lot for it such as in much hotels in Paris. Our stay was very good. -
