This is a small hotel and the rooms are very small. As a family of 4,
we had to take turns walking through the room. That being said,
though, everything about our stay here was perfect. We knew the room
would be small (you expect this in Paris if you are not a millionaire)

It was a boutique style hotel and very comfortable. We had a suite as it was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and there was every comfort. the staff were very very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. they added a lovely touch of comfort to our stay. the rooms were beautifully decorated and it is located in a beautiful part of paris. the facilities were excellent and overall i was very impressed. - Friendly staff, especially breakfast lady. Great location, with easy walk to Metro.

Staff helpful , rooms clean - The hotel staff was courteous and was very helpful with directions and information. The location of the hotel was convenient to public transportaion and there are local shops and restaurants close to the hotel, which was convenient for a quick snack and beverages.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful with suggestions/reservations for restaurants and arrangements for airport transfers (a taxi van for 5 including our massive luggage.) Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Όσον αφορά στο θέμα της καθαριότητας ήταν άψογοι. - The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The location: in Bastille, a couple of kilometers away from the most interesting stuff, the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Easily walkable. Also, near the Gare de Lyon train station. There are a lot of coffeeshops and most importantly, supermarkets, nearby.

In fact I didn't stay at the hotel but booked it for two of our grandchildren and a friend. They enjoyed their stay and found the hotel very convenient for the Gare de Lyon and transport to Charles de Gaulle.

Le Grey Hotel is in a great area - very close to 2 metro stations and only a short walk to numerous restaurants and Galeries Lafayette.
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly (we asked for a quieter room and they very kindly obliged, giving us a room facing into the garden courtyard) and the free wifi worked perfectly.

Metro station is 100 metres from hotel and the centre of Paris is reachable in 15 minutes although Metro can be very packed during the rush hours. Hotel is very clean. Bed sheets, towels were refreshed daily and very clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and speak very good English. We were able to leave our luggage with the hotel after checking out whilst we explored a bit more of Paris on our last day. We did not have the hotel breakfast, it looked OK but costly for a family of 5, we used the
