Everything! The apartment was clean, and was stocked very well with
cups, dishes, and other necessities. The bed and other furniture were
very comfortable. Also, Vincent the owner was very helpful, and even
gave us excellent suggestions for our stay in Paris. The location is
also very convenient (less than 1 mile) to popular tourist attractions,
restaurants, etc.
The location is perfect - close to everything you could want to see & close to a metro. We always felt safe in the neighbourhood.

Great location. Easy to walk to main sights of City. Comfortable double bed. Lift to 5th floor. Powerful shower. Good heating system. Toaster and microwave oven worked fine.

We didn't receive any sort of checkin instructions, so be sure to call and arrange a meeting time.
Someone in the building smoked (inside?) & it came through to the apartment.
Expensive for fairly basic facilities.Only one main room with separate kitchenette and separate bathroom with wc. Only just enough space for two persons; would be cramped with third adult using sofa bed. Cooking a proper meal proved difficult with two ceramic cooker rings and no grill. Only small supermarkets nearby.
