Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a rental contract with the agency.
Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
