You are kindly asked to contact the agency directly after booking to obtain instructions for the key collection. If you don't arrange the meeting with before 24H of your arrival day, you cannot check in. If a second appointment for check-in needs to be set, the agency will charge an extra EUR 100 charge. Please note that if you want to check-in between 21:00 – 23:30 an appointment to collect the keys is mandatory and that the agency will charge a EUR 60 fee. No check-in is possible after 23:30 and 9:00. For check-in on Sundays the agency will charge a EUR 50 charge. Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a rental contract with the agency. Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
