Everything! The receptionist couldn't have been more efficient and
helpful! Wanting to change our return rail tickets,he directed us to a
local station rather than the main line terminal, saving two time and
money wasting taxi rides. Knowing that one of us had become not well, he
happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the
room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station. The hotel has
undergone a complete refurbishment in the last year, and it shows. The

The best hotel we've stayed in in Paris. We travel there regularly for business and this hotel was a real find. Immaculate and really modern. Smaller than hotel rooms in the UK but definitely one of the bigger rooms in Paris that I've stayed in. I don't know how the location would be for sightseeing although you can get everywhere on the tube (two

Location was very good and close to metro. A few metro stations away from all attractions.
Nice staff. Clean room, comfortable, everything functional in bathroom and room. Comfy bed.
Good restaurant options close by (bistros and brasserie). Totally recommend Brasserie Renaissance.

Very good feedback from staff. We needed a cradle and got one, it was broken but next day renewed. We needed extra toilet paper and there it was... - The reception staff all of them are very helpful.Clean bed sheets.Clean rooms

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They did everything possible to make my stay pleasant. When I had a meeting with three other people, they proposed me the breakfast room and made us some tea so that we could sit relaxed and sit comfortably while having our meeting. We love the responsiveness of the owners of the hotel. In addition to the requirements as to the quality and comfort of the hotel helped us in very specific things, such as booking restaurants and tickets to a show we were really wanting to go. whenever we return to Paris we will try to stay there!
The location is wonderful, very close from the Arch of Triumph and several bars and great restaurants ... loved it!

Every member of staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about the surrounding neighborhood and shops. They were more than happy to take care of our luggage for early check-in while our room was being made up. Room was small but very comfortable. Location just north of the Seine was close to metro stops and restaurants. -

nice clean room (a bit tiny) friendly staff, elevator, air conditioning, it wasn't the best area, but we didn't bother about this, metro and railway station 3 minutes and 10 minutes walk from the hotel, even if you want to walk to the centre of Paris it takes you about 30 minutes -

This hotel is in a great location not far from the Louvre and Notre Dame. There is also shopping, other sightseeing, and restaurants all around. It is also very close to the Metro and buses. Our room was basically an apartment which provided great space for the three of us. The kitchenette was also lovely because there is a grocery and a baker

The location was great. We were able to walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre in about 15 min. Lots of good restaurants nearby--and wonderful cafes. Charming neighborhood-shopping on the Rue de Rivoli and much more. Staff was friendly and available for questions. Very close to Metro station-less than 2 min. Perfect for tourist travel. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel.

we were given two interconnecting rooms each with own bathroom and tv as we were friends sharing, and at no extra cost. staff were wonderful. breakfast room charming, with murals. location fantastic near gare du nord, two metro lines within 5 mins walk, and good local restaurants nearby. will stay there again and strongly recommend!!!!! - close to

This hotel provided us a good value and comfortable rest during our stay in Paris. The breakfast was adequate and very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was near the Metro and close to many shops and stores where we were able to pick up a warm baguette of bread right outside the train station, walk down the street and pick up some wine and meat and cheese and have a nice dinner in our room. I would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Paris who want to stay in
