  It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. We went in mid-April but it did get a bit cold outside in the evenings, but the temperature was very comfortable. Thank you Amor and the lovely young lady in reception for attending to our concerns. This actually changed our opinion of the hotel for the better.   Very friendly and helpful staff. The ac wasn't working for the first day but they sorted it out as soon as we told them. Breakfast is very good in a lovely room in the basement, and the waitress was very friendly and happy. The location close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay is great. This was great for me as I cannot walk for a long time. I was then able to stay in the vicinity, have a good time but still come back to rest in between. I loved the bath and shower. It was very clean. I loved the collection of art books and wished I had had more time to enjoy the mezzanine to read.

  I took my daughter to Paris for the weekend. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We stayed in a double room which seemed to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was very nice! But the best part of the hotel is the location-the metro stop is around the corner. Excellent customer service, wonderful location and a huge room with good shower. Loved it. We come to Paris once intwo years or so and this stay was btw farthe most comfortable. Wish we had spent more time. Will try to return to this hotel again.
