The hotel is right next to a metro station and a tram station, so travel was fast, cheap and easy. The room was very large for Europe, the bathroom was a good size. It was very clean, they made our beds, replaced our towels and cleaned our room every day. Most staff speak English and other languages. They had a luggage check and were fast to call

The staff spoke english n were very helpful. It was near the Exposition which made it v convienient -
The hotel was OK, good location, close to the exhibition grounds. Lots of restaurants in the area. -

Good location, walking distance to train and bus station. Residential area, very safe.
Comfy house, complete kitchen stuffs for daily cooking, good cable and wifi access.
Vidal is very sweet. He provided us with all the info we need to roam around the city. He was very accomodating and he is willing to extend just to make your stay the best.
Good cost of money!!!!

Very nice and clean room; delicious breakfast (although we had to que toget the table); late access to the swimming pool; not too far from thecity center - metro station nearby. Perfect place to stay!!! - The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. It was very close to the metro.

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
The lobby and breakfast room are amazing (I just could not stop taking pictures) and the food was very good.
The area is really nice and quiet, plenty of nice restaurants/cafes.
Hotel staff are lovely.

- Very quiet and clean in a good and safe area of Paris. Close to the subway. We had breakfast even if it wasn't included in the price. The host was also fantastic very easy to deal with for the check in and check out he even took our luggage upstair !! :) The studio was a bit tiny but very well arranged and very clean.

really nice apartment in a nice and safe area, with some little free extras. The room looks new + clean and has a really nice design. Quite small but everything is included what you need.
Nice and friendly owner...

Really nice hotel, nice staff they speak english even a little bit spanish.
The room was nice and worth the price, i was expecting something less because of the price.
We had 24/7 free wifi on the room, spacious bathroom.

The hotel is well placed for transport links to Gare de nord as it is on bus 39 route as well as verty close to the metro station Convention. It is clean well priced for a city hotel with lots of local cafes and shops to buy food in. Our triple room was roomy with a good sizied bathroom plus there was a table with three chairs so we could eat there

The staff was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay there again. It is a budget hotel, and I didn't expect more than what I saw, especially based on the reviews I read before. For a destination such as Paris, where one spends more time outdoors, it was perfect.
