the hotel is undergoing a complete refurbishment and new rooms are very nicely done - nothing flash but very clean, modern and everything you need. Will be better when refurb finished.
Great central location 5 mins walk from L'Opera in very quiet side-street off busy boulevard.

It was exactly what I expected for the price we paid for, or maybe even better. The man at the reception was kind, and was there all day. The room was tidy, the beds were comfortable, so all in all, it was fine. -

I really appreciated the location, which felt safe and is close to several metro stations, bus stops and an airport bus. There are also quite a few restaurants and snack bars nearby. The hotel was great, I would say it's a good balance between price and location. It has just everything you need, very basic and rooms are small, nothing extravagant, but its clean and the location is extremely convenient: 2 blocks from the CDG shuttle bus, 1 block from RER and metro stations, 1 block from Lafayette shopping center, etc.

Great location. I was traveling alone as a mid-twenty female and felt very safe. There were great restaurants and bars nearby. If you are looking for luxury this is not for you. If u are looking for a cheap convient place to sleep. This is perfect. Although the hotel is out if date and cheap looking, there were clean sheets on the bed:) - Location

1. Location - we had a window with a completely amazing view on Sacré-
Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station.
2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes.
3. Public kitchen is a good thing.
4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.

Situated in an older building, the fittings are a little tired and the rooms and corridors can feel cramped, but friendly staff and keen rates more than make up for these. -
