  Very friendly and helpful staff. The ac wasn't working for the first day but they sorted it out as soon as we told them. Breakfast is very good in a lovely room in the basement, and the waitress was very friendly and happy. The location close to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay is great.   Great location and friendly, helpful staff. This apt is just a few blocks from the Louvre, but it is located in a quiet backstreet. Since we were traveling with our two children, this was a better and cheaper option than a hotel. The building manager spoke English and took the time to show us how everything worked (washer-drier, WIFI, TV) - Very good location in center of Paris All sights within walking distance. But difficult to find the hotel without navigator. If you have heavy luggage you can ask hotel staff bring it to your room, because there is a no elevator. Rooms are very nice with all what you need. Near the hotel you can find many restaurants. I very recommend restaurant with kitchen of Lyon's region.

  It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. We went in mid-April but it did get a bit cold outside in the evenings, but the temperature was very comfortable. Thank you Amor and the lovely young lady in reception for attending to our concerns. This actually changed our opinion of the hotel for the better. Location is perfect for accessing the Louvre, the Tuileries and the metro is close by as well.
