The guest house is situated in a very old building in the town centre. It was recently renovated, refurbished and equipped in a morden way. It's very stylish and makes the feeling of Normandy and Honfleur even stronger. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. Besides Friench she speaks good English, Spanish and some other languages. Small garden, tea making facilities, equipped kitchen are available. We are thinking of coming back and strongly recommend this guest house. Natalya, St.Petersbur. όλα τα σχόλια »
The owner of this establishment has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Our room was huge with a very comfortable bed & pillows. Little touches like having the fire lit when we arrived home at night, tea/coffee facilities available, lots of books, music & dvd's to browse through. Nothing was too much trouble including good advice on where to eat, what sights to see etc. A very charming residence.
Beautiful B&B in historical building with a welcoming and very
helpful hostess. We booked two rooms. The garden room is spacious, nice
bathroom. Quiet with sunny terrace. The attic room even bigger and also
beautifully furnished. The tasty typical French breakfast served at any
time we preferred. Location is very central, parking was around the
corner, either in car park or along a street. We will come back again.
Funky, quirky, boutique hotel feel, in a fabulous medieval townhouse.
Purple velvet drapes in room lots of antique furniture, nice modern
bathrooms with good showers, very clean and well presented. Breakfast
lovely and very laid back. Excellent location to explore Hornfleur which
is a fab little town with a lively market on Saturday morning, and lots
of good foodie haunts.
Small cozy property. Very well treated. Space was above the usual of
what we got in Paris, inexpectedly for so small hotel and town overall.
The owner helped us get reservations and directed us to the right
places. Took very good care of us. Very romantic and cozy overall, I
would definitely go back to the same place.
Perhaps I did not read the original information on your website carefully enough, but we were expecting a hotel rather than a guest house. However the lady of the house was charming and very helpful, recommended an excellent restaurant and we had a delicious breakfast in front of an open fire. .
Great staff, great design and well thoughtout space. A perfect host who was extremely helpful and approachable. A perfect location. Stayed in the house for one night and running late for breakfast but it was available to us at midday. Would stay at the house again and would look forward to it.
Perfect location in old very well maintained building. We had a room on 2nd floor and even with verry narrow stairs when we got there my wife said "fantastic". The host is very nice and house and room is something for those who appreciate style and climate.
Everything! This was the quirkiest place we have ever stayed at and we loved it. The owner was extremely helpful and informative, the room was spacious and comfortable and the location was excellent for shops restaurants and harbour.
The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly equipped and quirky!
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lovely breakfast with bread, pastries, cheese and juices.
Interesting town
Lots of choice of restaurants.
Friendly welcome and service owner relatively new, still planning
improvements, our room would not have been suitable for disabled guests
but was in all respects satisfactory.
The hotel was a beautiful remodel with great attention to details. I even rather liked the incredibly small circular staircase. Our hostess was wonderful.
The hostess was a delight. Our room were beautifully dressed to preserve the beauty of its history but had the modern day luxury we expect.
Great hostess, good room and bathroom facilities.
Good location close to restaurants in Honfleur centre.
Very special interior design, homey atmosphere, staff was very helpful and easy going, nice breakfast!.
Full of charm and lovely atmosphere. Extremely helpful and friendly host.
Very clean and comfortable.
Everything.
Ellen the inn keeper was great.
Nothing, it is quirky, so dont expect boring square rooms and chain
hotel feel !.
Parking was poor, yet so is the case for most hotels in the area. One
must park on the street or else, and pay.
We had asked for a room on the first floor, knowing buildings in Honfleur are very tall, as I have mobility problems and for that reason we were put in a room over storage buildings at the bottom of the garden. It was well appointed and comfortable but the pathways and wooden steps, particularly after a lot of rain were difficult to manipulate, especially in the dark.
Parking is possible in streets nearby. No problem with it but streets are very narrow so might be problematic for those who drive carefully or have a big cars. But it's typical for all old towns in the way,.
Nothing.
Parking in Honfleur.
Nothing.
loose tiles, dangerous stairs!.
Nothing.
The stairs up to bedroom were dangerous.
