Well, first of all this hotel is mostly about staff. Alessandro and Mary
were so amazing, kind, nice, caring and helpful that they made our whole
experience perfect. They would never reject help no matter what we asked

The staff was very helpful; the room was basic, but clean and for the cheap price we paid it was really perfect. The hotel is at walking distance to the sea and the Palais des Festivals.

Warm and Friendly - Friendly, informal, helpful staff, inexpensive, breakfast basic but fresh and of high quality, relaxed atmosphere. Excellent free wi-fi which actually worked all the time - essential during my stay. Hotel cat also friendly!

Very Professional and friendly reception.The rooms and facilities are very clean . Breakfast good value at 9 Euros. If your on conference and have a budget this hotel is ideal . Likewise I'd suggest if on a vacation & your looking for a well located base, on a budget , the Waikiki Hotel would again be ideal . -

I loved the design and cleanliness of this hotel. Staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. Really nice bedroom and bathroom. Fantastic location very close to main shopping area, beaches and to Palais de Festivals on the Croisette. I highly recommend this hotel to other travellers. -

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and she showed us what was worth seeing in Cannes. The accommodation was very acceptable for a 2 star hotel. The continental breakfast was more than adequate, with a selection of juice, cereal, ham, cheese, yoghurt drinks, bread, croissants, and coffee. Good value for the money in Cannes. - Excellent locat

The location was excellent - minutes away from the railway station and not far from the bus station, beach and old town. Large modern room and bathroom which were very clean. room, was perfect and comfortable and hotel very central - The owner was so helpful. Provided town plans, helped us find the cheapest parking and was always cheerful. He even saved us money by finding a cheaper alternative to the rooms booked!

Stayed here many times before.
Staff always friendly and helpful. Pleasant entrance. The breakfast always good. The room was clean basic and freshly painted, situated one block back from the Main Street (opp: la croisette ) Great location. 100mts from coastline. There is a lift, this is small but useful -
