The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. No parking on site but there are several car parks near by which adds EUR20-25 per day to the cost if you have a car. Wifi in the room was pretty good, but got patchy in the bedroom.
όλα τα σχόλια » Apartment was clean and had sufficient space for a family. Ac worked fine. No traffic noice. Information up front (1 week before) and during the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau. Price/quality is good. Excellent location, close to the beach,market, restaurants. Very clean, helpful stuff (all the communication was by e-mail but they were very effective and helpful ) All and all worth for the money. So great! Would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it. Location is awesome and the place had everything we needed. It's located at the center of the city and the connections are very good. Excellent Location. The location is ideal. It's located near the market square, the shopping street, the beach and the Palais des Expositions. And still quiet enough at night to sleep well. Flat is fully equipped and the hot water is hot :). Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, close to market and shopping area. The staff sent out welcome and instruction e mail were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Centrally based. There was no washer/dryer on the kitchenette which would have been handy. Also there is no elevator for people who don't like 2-3 flights of stairs. Second bed was not good, broke down several times. Some noice from people walking up and down the stairs, and from air conditioning units outside. Wifi was unstable at times and with some "dead" spots in the apartment (1 floor). Most of the rooms didn't have balcony so there were no place to dry the wet beach towels. There was construction on the roof that kept us up in the mornings and the bathroom was quite small. Speed of the internet is very poor, I have viewed few comments of the previous travelers, most of them have didn't like the Internet connection performance. Appreciate if you can take any action in this line item. Bedrooms do not have windows. The flat was advertised for maximum 4 occupants but I recommend not more than 2. The bed is rather small, at least in the flat I had. It fits Napolen or Sarkozy types but once your over 1.70m/5ft6, the bed is too small. Wifi was so slow I stop trying every other time. The ceiling was leaking with water dropping on my face during my sleep. The bathroom's ceiling was also broken. A bit too much expencive. No air con in bedroom and no balcony. No windows.... wery noise...
