Basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed here with our two dogs for one night en route to Italy. There was a lake close by for walking the dogs and a nice little restaurant next door for food and drink before going to bed after a very long drive. Receptionist spoke Good English and printed off our directions for our destination with a smile and n

The view over Lac du Bourget is superb. Old-style room decoration reinforces a feeling of being in a dream. The staff was very kind and helpful to us. And, above all, their restaurant Le Bateau Ivre (which was the reason of our choice) made our trip unforgettable. -

Great hotel for a one night stay with children. The owner was so happy and friendly and very welcoming.
Rooms were small but exactly what we wanted. Shower was lovely and hot and very powerful.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely and also very good portions and it was priced very well.

Used it for an overnight stay on a long drive from Northern Italy to
Paris. Had a really lovely and good value meal in the Restaurant when we
arrived. Breakfast was cheap and very good. Rooms were compact but ideal
for an overnight stay while travelling. Stall were very friendly even
though they could not speak english very well. Would recommend.

Friendly welcome. We used the hotel as a stopover for skiing, perfect location for a short trip to the resort the next day. One family travelling with us arrived very late and still had a friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast maybe a bit expensive but was a buffet so you could eat as much as you liked! Childrens breakfast was free. -

i have stayed in Aix Les Bains before but always in the centre of town. this hotel is a further out and a lot quieter as it is back from the main road, so for peaceful stay this is a very good hotel.

The rooms and decor were modern in a traditional house. They were relaxing with plenty of room.
The house and garden were lovely and picturesque.
Breakfast was a small portion of fresh fruit, pastries and toast, with juice and coffee. The fresh jams were great.

We liked the position of the hotel, a short walk up the hill and you were in the city center. A short drive to lake Bourget. The size of the room was good and it was well equipped. -
large one bedroom apartment. secure underground parking, location as just in the middle of the town. The flat was very good value, no kettle but a coffee machine?
