It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. And there was even tea and coffede making in the room, pretty rare in Egypt.The hotel is very close to Cair

The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The bars with life music offer good distraction.
The restaurants offer good food.
The hotel is close to the airport and they offer a shuttle bus. They will come and pick you up at the airport and arrange your visa.

The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $.

I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!

The facilities are amazing - great indoor/outdoor pool and spa. Also a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located between the airport and the city so you need transport. The great thing is that the hotel has a courtesy bus that leaves regularly to take you to the airport or to the city -

Everything was excellent during our stay, but that maybe because the
hotel had just been open for 1 month. The staff are all very friendly,
attentive and polite. The hotel is extremely clean and very modern. One
of the best hotels in Egypt at the moment. -

Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its

The staff at breakfast are -
probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, right on the Nile with wonderful views of the river, it was also within walking distance of the Egyptian Museum and Cairo Tower.
It was very pleasant sitting in the floating bar/restaurant and watching the world go by on the river.

Staff polite and attentive (special thanks for Christinne at the reception, trully a pleasure to deal with). Good breakfast at the main restaurant. Lovely cafe in the lobby by the elevators - good coffe and cakes. I recomment pool view rooms as square view tend to be a bit noisy. Good pool (heated) and gym, pool side cafe unexpensive and delicious

Passing judgement on a hotel in Egypt in a time of crisis is tricky. Do
you commend them for maintaining standards when there are few visitors -
there js even WiFi in the rooms now, and it works most of the time - or
do you comment on the fact that shop has closed, breakfast is less
abundant, and that atmosphere is affected? It was my 3rd time in Safir
in 18 months; 'your second home' the friendly hotel manager

There was an issue with the card room key system when I arrived - the staff was quick to provide a solution. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. -
I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.

Words can not describe how good are the facilities of the hotel. They have a mountin which is excellent at night. resturants and coffee shops are well placed at the mountin which gives a very nice view and lovely envirnoment. -
