  Very modern. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out. There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in. I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems. I would recommend this hotel - You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)

  The reception desk/check in was very good. The asian girl there was fabulous. Cleaning and service at my room was very good. Breakfast was very good. Perfect location in town. Short way to København H, Tivoli and Tycho Brahe Planetarium. Bus and taxi just outside the hotel. - Good location, great staff.

  The staff was very helpful and the location was great. We could walk to many restaurants and public transportation. We had a great time in Stockholm. If you can, order a Stockholm card, it comes in very handy for Museums and trasportation. - Great location, nice and helpful staff

  Very nice hotel, Staff are so friendly, helpful and smiling, the location can't get better, Tivoli is the best place to stay at especially that the longest pedestrian shopping area in Europe "Strøget" is only number of steps away from the hotel. the room is nice the design is cool as well regardless that the hotel is very old. still the experience... τι λέει ο κόσμος » was amazing - Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has excellent selection of food for all palettes. Evening menu very good and great value for money. Room spacious, clean with a large bathroom.   I was quite nervous about staying in a two star, but my husband and I were so pleasantly surprised. This hotel is very modern and super clean - like the cleanest hotel room i can remember staying in. The facilities were basic, but truly all that we needed during our two night stay in Copenhagen.   This is a newer, modern and very busy place with lots of activities for the younger children. Our standard room was a bit tide for parents and 16-year old with 2 suitcases but comfortable for sleeping. Air-conditioning proved welcomed as it was very hot. About 10 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens and additional 5 min to old town. Breakfast (include... τι λέει ο κόσμος » d in our rate) was excellent with plenty of choices. Parking was a bit expensive but I understand it's standard for Copenhagen. - Super sky bar with swing seats so you can take in the view across the river -the children absolutely loved that. The restaurant up there is a Sushi restaurant which was great and we enjoyed some grown up cocktails too!
