  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier.   I was pretty amazed, honestly. The hostel is designed and furnitured very tastefully, the staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. I also liked the breakfast (there are mixed eggs and dough prepared so you can make yourself fresh scrambled eggs or pancakes), music in the bar (the rolling stones while having a breakfast?), book exchange shelf and ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » waste separation. I will definitely recommend this place to all friends travelling to Prague from now on. - Great, helpful, friendly staff. Very cool old building with character and nice, wood antique furnishings. I stayed in a private room and it was spacious but also cosy. The hostel is to far from the city centre for walking but Prague has a great transit system so you just walk a 100m down the road and you have lots of options of trams.

  Fantastic location, right in the middle of the city. Very easy to walk to main sightseeing locations. The Botel also has a car service you can purchase to pick you up from the airport which is very handy as Prague airport only has bus transfers or taxis. The rooms have a slightly dated décor but I think this adds to the charm of the hotel. - Good location, in walking distance to the main sights, clean room with a riverside view, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant, wi-fi was working even in the room (not far from the reception although), with secret deal excellent value for money.

  The staff was friendly and very kind. The hotel was clean, the room spacious and with a wonderful river view. The breakfast was copious, with a great choice in a sweet and savoury buffet. I strictly recommend this hotel - The Manager, Peter, attended to our initial complaint of our room smelling of cigarettes, by moving us into another room and provided complimentary bottles of water and fresh fruit platter, thank you. Nicely appointed hotel, very comfortable beds, good location for touring Prague. Excellent breakfast and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
