We spent four nights at Villa Ivana and had a wonderful time. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, with a nice atmosphere and only a few meters from the beach. The host is very friendly and helpful - he gave us a lot of useful tips on how to spend our vacation and also recommended all of the good restaurants nearby. The place is a little far from the old town (cca 4km) but there's a bus station very close to the villa as well as a tourist train, so there is no problem getting into t.

Their hospitality showed through when booking us our taxi to and from the airport, giving recommendations for restaurants, serving our breakfast, and ensuring our stay was comfortable. They even walked us out to the taxi when we left. Breakfast was fabulous! The room was comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend this villa. It really made our stay memorable. We will definitely stay again!. Family run villa with very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. Studio room was perfect for our needs, very clean and well equipped, very comfortable and with a balcony with sea view. Owners were very involved in ensuring we had a pleasant stay and made up a special take-away breakfast for us as our flight was very early. Very highly recommend this place for a relaxing start or end to a tour of Croatia. Fantastic place! Its run by a family but everything about the place looks like a boutique hotel. Very very well maintained and their breakfast place is cosy and lovely and feels very homely. They even apparently grow vegetables in their small garden during spring/summer. Very good hotel. I would just stay here the next time I visit Zadar. Location is fantastic with a complete view of adriatic sea. Very helpful staff, they make excellent hosts. They look after you well, and the breakfasts are nice too. The location was great for the town centre, a 10 min bus journey, or 20 min bike ride. The beach couldn't be closer, and you can use the villa's sun loungers for free. There is also a very nice (but slightly expensive) restaurant on the same road - their staff are very helpful too. The owners are very frendly and the reception is very nice. They has been given all information that you need to discovery Zadar in a few minutes. Dispite is a little bit far from the old city, by car is very easy to go. Rooms are very cleaned and confortable. The place around hotel is very nice and with a great view of the sea. Wonderful villa, the owners were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us..the location was great for what we wanted, the town 10 mins away so we had the beach and the town. I would defiantly return to villa Ivana and would recommend it to anyone. Zadar is a lovely clean town with great little bars and restaurants. I rate this hotel wonderful. We had the top floor studio with balcony and great view to the old town across the water. The kitchenette has dishes but no cookware. Near by is a beef restaurant extradornaire!, best steak and fries Ever! Kt Could not have hoped for nicer more accommodating hosts. Fortunata, our hostess was wonderfully helpful. The room was comfortable, breakfast enjoyable and the sea is just over the road. They supply loungers & cushions for use on the pebble beach. The whole family are involved to ensure your stay is pleasurable. Near to beach but only 10 minutes by bus from Old Town. Ease of access into town - buses every 20 minutes. Quiet location. Very well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for owners who went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach, but only a short drive (or bus ride) into Zadar old town. Lovely spacious room with a sea view and all facilities. The owners are great and gave us a personal welcome. we really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is well placed for visiting Zadar. As we had in all hotels in Croatia, the shower place is very small. Someone highest than 1,80 and after 100kg will be very unconfortable taking a shower.... A bit far from bus to town & supermarket a distance away. nothing. Nothing. Nothing. The internet was unfortunately a bit unstable when we were there, we had some difficulties finding the signal. Nothing I can think of. Although a minibar in room, no tea or coffee facilities. the inclusive breakfast, although very adequate, it was too repetitive. You could possibly get similar for a little less locally, but there was nothing to complain about with the hotel, room, or service. Nothing. None. nothing.
