The apartment was lovely. It was a great location with the beach right there and the palace just a short walk along the ferry port. Suzy was very helpful. The apartment had more than the typical amenities and is decorated beautifully.
Small hot water heater. However, this was not abnormal for other places we stayed in Croatia.
This is a lovely modern and very clean apartment. It is in a great location with parking right beside the beach and about 10 minutes to old town split. Had a great stay here.
Location, style, cleanliness, price, facilities, equipment, sea view from 2nd Floor. Pretty much everything about the apartment was just right. Suzy even arranged transfers from and to the airport at a very competative price. The main Split area is only a 10-15 minute walk.

The location of Suzys Apartment is great - just down the road from the beach - a 10-15 minute walk to the Port, Split and the Palace. Suzy was very helpful with tourist attractions.
There is a party area across the road which had music playing to between 4 & 6 am for the 3 nights we were there. Had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones! The thin towels were NOT replaced in the 3 days or the rubbish removed.
Everything! The apartment was really stylish, bathroom was new, kitchen was fully equipped, and we also had airconditioning!! And all at just a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. Suzy and Dado were very welcoming and helpful. A real treat.

Well kept apartment, suzy was really friendly and showed us what was around town.
Air conditioning was a bit loud and it is quite close to a noisy night club.

Very impressive décor and well stocked kitchen with everything in place to cook easily. Owner was also very helpful and prompt over emails to help us get to the place and provide suggestions. Free parking and we literally parked in front of our apartment!
The location is perfect,near to the beach and 10 min walk to the center city..the apartment is large and comfortable,well equiped with everything u may need for a short stay

Everything was good. Position. easy to get to ferry terminal(walking with large cases) buses,centre of Split, beach and restaurants, supermarket. Suzanna and her boyfriend were v.helpful Picked us up from the airport although airport bus easy to get to if you know where you are going and haven't got too much baggage
Nothing really.The apartment we had was on the small side and only had a small outside sitting area surrounded by cars. If you had your own car this would be beneficial as parking I area didn't see to be easy.

Very nice apartment and close to Split for walking around. Good parking in front of the unit off the street. The owner is a very good artist who has her paintings displayed in the unit. Easy to reach the Split Ferry terminal if you are travelling to any of the islands
If there is more than one of you, shower quickly as the hot water runs out very quickly. If you have long hair and need to wash it, do it as fast as possible otherwise you will be rinsing off in freezing cold water!
A fantastic location really couldn't get better! Beside the beach, great restaurants and 10 minute walk to town centre. Apartment is decorated to perfection, very comfortable and very clean.
Suzana and daughter were welcoming, helpful and even helped us order pizza after a late arrival.
The apartment was beautifully decorated with a great seaview. It was compact, complete, comfortable and cozy. It is in a perfect location close to a beach but within walking distance to ferries and the main tourist area of Split. It was great value for the money. The landlady picked us up from the bus terminal in the pouring rain. The weather did improve the next day and we could enjoy the warm sunshine and beautiful Split for three days.
