Marvellous family run pansion with a real home from home feel. The owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and have lots of invaluable local knowledge. Good English and German spoken. Air-conditioned rooms, some with balconies looking out over the Adriatic over to the Island Brac. The hotel is a part of San Antonio Hotel. Very close to the sea, the 1st line on the beach. The beach itself is nice, long, clean and not crowded. Rooms are big, we were lucky and had nice terrace and magnificient sea view. Very convinient to stay there if you want both to relax on the beach and visit Split, Omis and other cities around. PERFECTION! Beautiful location a mere 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Split. We had a very relaxing stay, the sunset views from the roof terrace are spectacular. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our evening meal at the restaurant was exceptional - I highly recommend the monkfish in sparkling wine and truffle sauce, it was absolutely superb (as was the cheesecake)! The staff at the hotel were so accommodating and helpful. Lots of great information to tell us and lots in writing if you want to read about Split and Croatia. They gave us wine when we left and we will be definitely be returning to villa senator in the future. -

We are an English Couple touring Croatia. The Pension had ample car parking. A bus stop across the road can take you directly to Split (saves the driving). The Pension is family run and is spotless clean. It has a really nice garden, in full bloom when we arrived. The breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the Adriatic and garden. The bedrooms are really nice we had a sea view (I think they all have).

Excellent hotel. Great facilities. The pool area is pretty special with wonderful views back towards Split. Better to stay here if visiting Split. - A stunning hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff and overall worthy of its rating.
