The staff is exceptional -- all spoke English, even the maid. All wentout of their way to be friendly and helpful and gracious. We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. The breakfast is also very good and varied. - Very convenie

It was about 50 metres to a large modern shopping centre, Takoo Hui Shopping Mall. Which had a wonderful food court, super market, etc.
The Hotel served a top breakfast. Excellent rooms, and helpful staff. Would stay there on my next visit, and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so good. -

I absolutely loved the ambience of the hotel. The staff were courteous
and helpful - Gerry Mo, Gabrielle and a host of others that
unfortunately, I can't recall their names at this point The in-house
restaurants serve a variety of fresh and delicious dishes, I

Everything! Four seasons Guangzhou is just perfect, the staff is
amazing, they do their best always for you to be like if you were at
your home, rooms are very very nice, clean, they change the fruits

Very cool hotel! Great design, very comfortable, lovely staff, good restaurants, very good spa and facilities (gym and swimming pool). Good to know that the hotel is located in the highest building of the city and has a view (face to face) to the Canton Tower and the pearl river (and basically all the city, since the lobby is on the 70th floor and the hotel goes until the 100th).

The location is excellent for business travel as it is smack in the middle of Guangzhou. Travelling to and from Canton Fair is easy as they have a shuttle service. The also have registration for the fair at the hotel. the rooms are well maintained and room service is good. Internet is free but a little slow. -

Very near to guangzhou metro station xiaobei... Indian restaurant tandoor at 3 minutes walk... From airport take airport express bus and alight at garden hotel then take a taxi to the hotel for 10rmb -
English speaking, very courteous , helpful staff.
Rm706 is best located from service and view angle.
Close to Xiaobei exit C.

I was in town for attending Canton Fair. Well organized free shuttle service to the Fair.
Made a special request for early check in at 10am which was granted without any extra fees.

I loved everything about Shangri-La; although abit on the expensive side but worth it. The hotel is the grandest I have ever visited, the service is excellent and has lived up to its 5-star status. Loved every minute of it and cant wait to re-visit. -

Booked in for a for a standard room and because my birthday was the following week, I was upgraded with a suite, and given wine and chocolate. Wonderful gesture, but as I had a 1am flight, wasn't able to take full advantage of staying the night. It will definitely be the hotel I stay in while in GZ. -

Good. 4 star experience. Prices were too high. China is known for massage. But if it will cost 80$, there's no point. Pool should be heated.
