My assigned room which I never saw didn't have a working bathroom. Thus, they gave me their nicest, biggest room right in the corner. It is next to the reception. It was clean, nice, it had a heather, warm-water, great wi-fi.
They also have a safe luggage storage, unlike other hostels where everyone can go in. -

We chose this hotel as we had stayed here before and it's excellent location just a short walk from the main terminal building was ideal after a long overnight flight from Auckland. It was across the road from the airport! It took 2 minutes to get there.
A peaceful water passage way and fountain in front of the hotel Speedy
check-in Room was extremely quiet. You did not hear the airplanes.
Breakfast was first class and you could look at the fountain while you
had breakfast. It was great to stretch out for 6 hours.

They have a great staff. The location is good and everything that I wanted to do was within walking distance. I'm an above the knee amputee so this was important to me. -
Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Convenient location, close to restaurants and within easy walking of centre of city. Quiet park over the road.

Excellent location. Subway and taxi are very easy to catch. Staff is very friendly and always available to help. You can cook your meal in the room and don't even need to worry about cleaning the dishes. Everyday they give you new towells and the room is properly cleaned up.

Large comfortable room and very quiet in spite of being in such a busy location. Liked the location as you can walk to good restaurants, stores, etc etc. Stayed with you two years ago and will recommend your hotel to our local travel agent in anchorage, Alaska. Excellent location in the city center, and close to a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful and mostly spoke English. Our room was excellent, comfortable and quiet. We had my wife's birthday dinner at the hotel, we were given extra wine and an extra dessert, and had a delightful evening. Heartily recommended! -

Close to budget shopping and easier acces to the airport. It's $100000CLP ($19 USD) in a taxi if you are in a hurry or $1350CLP ($3 USD) on the airport express bus. It's a 90 second walk to the bus terminal. From there you can travel anywhere in Chile in comfortable, air con buses. -

we were in a group of 4, 2 in each apartment, full cooking facilities, clean bathrooms, serviced daily. very close to everything , Providencia for us was the best part of Santiago and only a 5 min cab away from Bella Vista. 1hr from the Andes. -
Everything, excellent location, beautiful view, the facilities in general are good. The friendly staff

I had my bag and passport stolen in Santiago in a restaurant and we went back to the hotel after we had checked out to get a copy of my passport. the staff were super helpful and helped to call round for cancelling my credit cards etc.....and also offered us all a free drink. Great service!!! -

We stayed at the small studio on Nueva Providencia No 1372 for two weeks in Oct-Nov 2013.
