The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most
beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels
like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of
the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking
advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. Also

We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

The internet at the hotel was not functioning well even though otherhotels provide it for free and it runs fast. - location was fine, facilities good, but Niagara a disapointment.

The parking was good... The room was quiet and easy to sleep in... The Inn is close to Casino Niagara... It is a good idea to look at the room before you rent it... They take CAA member discounts... They take walk in customers... There is an indoor pool and hot tub... The window drapes block out the light excellent... The room heater heats the room

the price is right for this motel - this is def not for familys as we all know that we all come to this motel for the party as they have karakoe until 2 am -

It was quaint and very homey. Millie, the owner of this B&B, was
very friendly and helpful.
It was very close (5 to 10 minute walking distance) to all of the tourist attractions and restaurants by the falls. Also, it was just a 15 to 20-minute slow walk to the falls. Parking was free which is a big plus, as public parking is quite expensive

You get a nice breakfast of french toast, sausage, and eggs each morning. You also have complete access to the kitchen for coffee, tea -
Apartment was in a family house with separate entrance. It was very clean and had a private clean bathroom and a terrace. There was also a kitchen for guests, equipped with cookware, which we could use for cooking or making coffee. The breakfast was also served here. We appreciated the free parking that we were allowed to use also after check-out (and avoided quite expensive parking beside the attraction). The niagara falls were only in 5 min walking distance. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. The kids enjoyed nightly movie in courtyard #2. Though the big flower arrangement made it hard to see the movie for some people.
There was n incident with some people in the courtyard at 230am which the staff quickly delt with. -
Direct access to the Water Park. The inside courtyard was a fun place for

-Room was very clean.
-Housekeeping was very quick and efficient, it seemed as if they never were there except for all new towels.
- Overall the hotel staff was very nice. -
large, clean room with a whirlpool bath in the room and a small refrigerator. Spacious bathroom counter. Great hot breakfast in the morning. Everything seemed clean.

We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.
