The staff were extremely friendly, answered any questions I had, and even provided an extension bar so I could plug my laptop close to the TV. Good location right on Robson street.
We were on the main floor so we didn't have to climb stairs or take the elevator.
This suite would be suitable for long term stays because it had a kitchen and dining room table.

A beautiful heritage home that is lovingly decorated and cared for. You really feel like you are coming home at the end of the day, rather that walking into an impersonal hotel. The location has a really quiet neighbourhood feel, but is in the heart of downtown, so convenient to everything.

From start to finish staff were attentive and engaging. The B&B experience was all that one might wish, excellent food and even better company from the other guests. The amenities included evening sherry, turn-down treats, and homemade pastries. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to do during our stay in Vancouver.

We enjoyed the room, food and the courteous staff. We found the location to be central to everything we wanted to do. The proximately to Granville Island markets and stores was really enjoyable and was easily accessed. We loved the food aand the pricing. The service from every member of the staff was more than adequate. -

Very large king room with a small fridge/sink area, big windows/sliding door and lots of light. Comfy bed. Clean and very quiet. Four high speed elevators, so no waiting. Friendly staff. We asked for a higher floor if possible, and they put us on the 37th-- amazing views of English Bay, Kits, Lost Lagoon, etc.

Exceptional value and superb central position. Cheap (for Vancouver) car-parking and no need to move the car once in the hotel. Staff very friendly. Clean, large room, big-screen television, nice en-suite, balcony, express lifts, express check-out, stunning views. Request a high floor unless you are scared of heights. The main advantage of Riviera is location: right in the middle of Vancouver's beautiful downtown, 10 mins walk to Stanley park, 5 mins to waterfront, etc. Room are surprisingly spacious for a hotel and come with full kitchen (stove including).
