The rooms are amazing as always the awesome view of the river the location the good breakfast and the pool and hot tub this is the best place to stay in kamloops by far

Bath tub was great! Breakfast was way more than we expected. Motel was quiet.

Would have liked to have been warned that a guy was coming to check the smoke detector on our first afternoon there. The girl had told us she would book a nice view room, and the view outside was the stair case.

Location and view of river...breakfast was not great but adequate and included (hit the spot) The inn is older but clean and comfortable.

It is very comfortable and clean. About 5 mins drive to city center. It's located by the riverside, very quiet. We love it very much.

Lovely location for a stop over while travelling. Very convenient to a lovely restaurant right next door.

Quiet hotel with very comfortable beds easily reached from Highway 1. Superb breakfast facilities for such a small place.

I really liked the location of this hotel, view over the river, restaurant near by, free breakfast, nice pool and hot-tub, easy to find. Excellent hotel for one night being on the way to the Rockies.

Pretty river view from hotel. I really enjoy watching sun rise and set from the river bank.

The room was nice and cool on a very hot day. It was very clean. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the river. The clerk suggested the Storm for dinner and we enjoyed our meal.

Breakfast room was very crowded and very hot. We didn't stay.

Breakfast lacked choices such as yogurt and several fruits. Eggs were like plastic.

Nice restaurant with riverfront balcony seating right next-door. Breakfast at motel was also riverfront seating, but inside. Quiet, peaceful. Room had balcony. Staff was very good.

Great location on river. Very clean and friendly staff. There is a great restaurant next door called The Storm, there is a nice patio on river and the food was good.

We just did an overnight in Kamloops driving from Jasper to Vancouver. There is not much to do there.

Riverland is on the river and not far off the highway in an industrial area. Next door is a cafe so that was convenient for dinner. There is a tiny breakfast room, a little pool and lots of grassy lawn with chairs and tables along the river. Definitely upgrade to a river room. Otherwise, the rooms face the parking lot and industrial area.

It is dog friendly.Our second visit we were allowed to have our dog in a non dog room. Thank you.

Friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast was decent. Comfortable beds and rooms were good sized. Liked that the shower/toilet were separate from the sink and counter. Location on the river was lovely.

The pool wasn't the most spectacular. Didn't use it. Breakfast room could have been a bit bigger, maybe with outdoor seating, too.

Central location,great view of the river, always seem to get the same two rooms on the third floor. Great!

Being afairly regular client,I detest having to be charged a damage deposit,come on I,m 61 years old do I look like a partier? Breakfast needs a little more attention.

Staff were very accommodating to ensure we were comfortable and our needs were met. The river location is ideal and we will certainly revisit this hotel if we are staying in Kamloops in the future.

Price, nice friendly feel, location is quiet and on the water. Outside sitting, nice hot tub and pool, breakfast ok.

Duvet on bed a little too heavy, too warm with the heat turned off and during the night it always sagged to the floor off the foot end of the bed. Otherwise the bed and pillows were fine.

Used this as a stop over night travelling from Jasper to Whistler. This place is fine for this as it is close to the road you need without going into Kamloops centre. Limited room for breakfast but we were fine. Good place to eat in the evening next door

Location at the riverbank was nice.

the water drain in the bath sink was blocked making it unusable because water accumulated. apparently an attempt to fix it was done because the sink plug was unscrewed and placed on the nearby table, indicating that the problem was known, yet the room was assigned to us . breakfast was poor.
