i booked a smoking room and recieved a non smoking room.was booked in a room already occupied but it was corrected right away with no problem.other guests were partyiing outside thier rooms late.The male at the front desk was a little snitty but not a big deal.
Handy to the TransCanada Highway & many fast food restaurants. Room was clean & air conditioned, although the air conditioner was noisy, but it was a relief from the heat of the day. Staff very pleasant and helpful in the office.
Lots of noise from the highway & trains. Breakfast really skimpy.

The staff were helpful and understanding when we had to postpone our arrival due to us being stranded by weather conditions. And were willing to move us into another unit to avoid road noise. Although we did not use it the pool was clean

the staff were very friendly and considerate. rooms were clean and beds very comfy. noise level from the highway was not noticable. also close to a good diner and fast food places. breakfast was minimal and coffee good
only downside was the taps on the sinks in both rooms we had were very hard to pull up to turn on. in fact our sink even lifted when we pulled the tap. new taps would fix all that

This small Inn offered everything one needs for a comfortable overnight stay. It was very clean, quiet,had a great bed and free Wi-fi. We were only staying over the one night and arrived late but were treated so well. Because we have a need to be in Kamloops occasionally we will now only use this for our stay. Excellent value for one's money too. 5 out of 5 from us!!!

This Hotel has no one that can fix small plumbing problems so one of the rooms had a toilet that nearly flowed over and the other room where the shower filled up with about five inches of water during a 10 minute shower due to them not cleaning out their drains should be standard practice to do that once a week in a hotel setting. two minutes of work

Air conditioning filter was plugged. Had to clean the filter out myself in order to get it to work properly.

Hot tub Luke warm. Pool stone cold could not swim in it. Really disappointed as it was 32 degrees Celsius that day.
Clean; decent value for money; easily accessed from the Trans- Canada Highway.
Every time we stay here we get put into rooms that face the tch as well as the railway line just beyond it. Lots of train traffic overnight and, this time, construction equipment getting moved past our windows during the night (beyond the hotel's control). Just remember to request a room away from the highway side.
Cheap rate, office person was courteous.
Room was cold even with heat turned up. 2 spiders were crawling on the bed. No ashtray in A smoking room, had to use a coffee mug. Fluorescent bulbs were expired, dim and flickered. Very irritating.

The rooms were very old, smelt of smoke, run down, holes in the walls. Definitely need some renovations. Carpet On stairs to second level were very dirty and need replacing.
Price point
The guest that stayed that night (many of them came together) were low life rotten people. We were concerned very much about the safety of all others staying there including ourselves.
