Stayed in many hotels in Plovdiv. Novotel is by far the best. The upper floors has a nice city view. The receptionists were very helpful. -

Nice centrally located hotel, close to the railway station. The city center is not far away. The staff is polite, especially the receptionist who met me later in the evening when I arrived (I think - George). The bed is very very comfortable. -

Nice hotel, small, but if you take the studio with kitchenette the room is spacious. The bathroom is well laid out, with a great shower and the only let down is the toilet seat moves, but everything is clean.

The Hotel is close to the center, very easy to walk to the main street.
The room was very clean, and the bed confortable.
The breakfast was satisfaying, sweet & salty for everyone. There is a paying parking close to the hotel, just ask the guy at the hotel, he will give you a card to put in the car in order not to pay.

Замечательный отель! Уютный, чистый и спокойный. После долгой дороги был обеспечен там качественный и хороший отдых. Напутал с деньгами при оплате (дал слишком много) - настойчиво поправят, даже если ты упорно не понимаешь свою ошибку; не успеваешь на завтрак – тебе его завернут в дорогу. The location is great if you're coming in or out of the city through the north bus station. The staff was very nice and everything was in good condition. It is a nice place to stay in Plovdiv. -

The hotel has an amazing location just 2-3 mins walk from the old town,
30 seconds walk to the main shopping street and walking distance of many
restaurants, cafes and bars. We asked for one particular room and it was
given to us. I read many negative comments on the hotel and I don't
really dont know why. It is a very nice and cozy place.

We were surprised to find Boris Palace immidiately when we entered Plovdiv. Boris, the owner of the hotel, Cristina and the rest stuff helped us with our luggage and parked our car in their private parking. Our room was in the first floor, it was nice, clean, spacious and cosy. Every night we were asked the time we would like to have our breakfast

excellent location, easy access both to main city sights and shopping, unique design, very friendly owner, wonderful city panorama from the terrace; just a couple of recommendations for future visitors. Make sure you've got comfortable shoes as the pavement of Saborna street is antique and not suitable for high heels; also there is a comfortable parking area just 100 meters from the hotel and it makes sense to use it instead of parking in the nearest narrow side-streets
