I had stayed at this hotel several times over the years and every time, no matter how crowded, I had an excellent time. The staff is friendly and efficient, the food is good and the location is just right, on the beach. Your hardest decision would be to stay on the beach or by the pool side. The hotel is new and gave a verry pleasent sensation. - Nice rooms with lot of space and everything was working well. Nice pool and short walk to restaurants, shops,... and about 200m to beach. There is also big Bulgarian restaurant looks like from komunist age but with nice atmosphere and good rakija.

Location is perfect, the hotel is on the beach. Reception staff and the manager, Dima Ivanova, were very helpful.
Although the wireless signal is not available in rooms, they had an RJ45 slot in the room and I have used my personal Ethernet cable to connect my laptop to the wired network. For authentication I have used the same credentials as for the wireless network.
Daily fresh towels, the sheets were changed every 3 days.
The room had fridge and A/C which were very useful.

- We received a plate of fruits and a champagne in the last evening of our stay
- They also have a restaurant on the beach to eat and have drinks (all inclusive)

Hotel Gergana was an amazing value for such a wonderful experience. So relaxing and so accommodating! -

on arrival we had a problem with the room we were given but this was sorted very quickly and from then on we had a great time. The food was excellent, the rooms and public areas were all very clean. We had our 7year old grandson was with us he loved the pool and children's disco in the evening. The beach was right outside the hotel. -

The room was really clean and well equiped, the view from the balconies was gorgeous, the price was really good when it comes to the hotel facilities and food.
I can't think of anything I did not like about this hotel.

The location is absolutely fantastic! Right by the beach and very close to local amenities. The 3 swimming pools, music, shows and animators for both adults and kids are amazing! Rooms and beds are large, plenty of space especially if you have kids. A variety of food, although not very healthy for kids. Good value for money though. -
