breakfast is really good. it is really near to the exhibition hall.

the elevator is too slow when lots of people in the hotel.

The staff was great. The head bartender and the Manager at the Bar were very friendly. The Bell staff (Nicholas) was very helpful and accommodating. The Housekeeping did a great job of respecting my privacy when I did not want service and providing service when requested. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed by the volume of business for breakfast (ie, running out of Juice, coffee and hot items on the buffet) although the food available was good.

Did not care for the instant coffee in the room, would prefer the small packets to brew a small pot of coffee while getting ready in the morning. After staying for 6 nights at the hotel, being charged to store a couple bags of luggage for 4 hrs seemed a little abrupt, should be complimentary...

Internet is good, open. Price snd service is good. Location is near anhembi park Easy to go out with car.

Charge BF, gym, parking. No place near of hotel, must take taxi or drive

The rooms, breakfast spread was excellent, the shuttle service to the expo center, shopping mall.

The always present queue at the front desk, whether its for check in /out, you need information etc.

Views of the room

poor apparels of the room (the TV had a problem and the bathroom stuff wasn't any good) price for room service was way overpriced!!!

Nothing can justify such high price with a so low service!
