  I booked a junior suite. They gave me a room from the top floor. It has great city view, clean and enough comfortable. The location of hotel is really good. I had time just in the evenings. It was possible to go short trips by foot. Easy to walk out and strawl over the Paulista avenue and backroads. The area feels relatively safe, mostly because of the big crowd.   Location is fantastic! Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi cabs have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv.   The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using the metro or the buses. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there.
