Great place. Went for the Falls and then realized I also got lucky and had an amazingly relaxing stay at the resort. Also, be sure to contact Bliss Travel at the resort. They will take care of absolutely anything you need to make plans in the area. They too are great.

This hotel was a great choice for us. We wanted to visit the Iguacu falls without paying an arm and a leg. We didn't feel the high cost of the hotel inside of the Iguacu falls park was justifiable. Close to the national park of Iguazú and the waterfalls, the airport. Just a short bus ride from both and also close to the Centro of Foz Do Iguaçu. Busses go every 20-or-so minutes in both directions. Staff very friendly and proficient in Spanish and English. Very clean.
The hotel has a taxi service to a reasonable price.

Everything! The hotel had arranged for airport pick-up although I had to phone them from Rio. Got there fairly late but due to the hotel booking service moving their office to Rio, the hotel had no booking for us. We both enjoyed our stay in this hotel.All the facilities were excellent and more are nearing completion. Swimming pool,gym, bowling and kids club.Also our room and eating facilities were excellent. A big plus for us was the excellent service provided by Vinicius Rentz of Yes Tourism Office located in the hotel. -

The front desk service was great, especially the girl that was there during the day (forgot her name, sorry!) -- she spoke terrific English, was very patient with our questions, and helped us book a good deal for our travels to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls.
The breakfast was fantastic, all sorts of fruits, breads, cakes, eggs.

Staff were fantastic, spoke brilliant English and arranged numerous
tours and taxi's for us. Really helpful. Breakfast was excellent
and the room was comfortable. Walking to Downtown takes about 10
minutes. A laundrette is about 4 mind walk. Staff offered lots of
helpful advice. We extended our stay by two nights after the first
night, staff advised they could not charge us the same rate for those
nights at reception and advised we just book again on letsbookhotel.com which
was fine by us. Wifi

This is an excellent, value-for-money hotel. The staff were friendly and particularly helpful, ordering taxis, making restaurant reservations etc. very willingly. There was a free shuttle service from the airport. When a problem developed with the toilet, a staff member was immediately despatched to fix it.
