  I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel due to a late meeting and subsequent early morning, but one thing I have to say is that the staff are excellent!   From the moment I arrived everyone was very helpful. I arrived early, tired and extremely jet lagged and even though my room wasn't ready they happily moved me to another one so that I could check in and take a nap.
