  Newly reburbished, very clean, quiet, comfortable and warm. Buffet/continental breakfrast was perfectly adequate. I stayed at the old IZA many many times and this new location, with bang up to date facilities, is very welcome. Only 2 tram stops from the "Sportpaleis" Events hall and just 10 - 15 minutes away from the city center by bus, tram and train( train station Antwerpen Luchtbal only 5 minute walk ). Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, very satisfying breakfast a very reasonable price. Definately a great value for little money !
