We really liked the large room since it had 1 king bed and then 2 twin beds in a separate room so that the children could sleep in there. Very easy access to the metro. Very quiet. - very good hotel. Cannot find any fault whatsoever. Location perfect for what we wanted. Staff excellent, will be returning very soon.

As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise

Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two
metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz-
U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than
half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really
very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from
the apartment.

I liked the access to non-smoking rooms, and the fact that the Boutique Hotel Stadthalle is structured to be environmentally friendly. I liked how the breakfast buffet did not have packaged butter, jams and knäckebrot.
I chose this hotel for location, reviews and environmentally friendly facilities. - We loved the array of cheeses and smoked meats

Friendly staff, intimate lounge area(away from reception desk) good size rooms with plenty of chairs/settee, wardrobe space. Beautifully clean in bathrooms, room and everywhere in Hotel. ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » gratifying to us as we had booked the hotel. - Everything about Hotel Austria was superb. It's location, helpfulness of staff, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast was suberb. We could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we would definitely return. One point to note. On booking we were unable to get Standard room and booked the Classic which was only very slightly more expensive but was well worth it as the rooms were at lot bigger.

I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees.... One can easily forget it is in the centre of Vienna. Any time I enter the inner courtyard I feel to enter another world, full of peace and harmony. -

Spacious rooms in an old factory, which you see nicely at the courtyard. It's near two U-bahn (underground) stations, only 3 stops from e.g. Karlsplatz, and within walking distance/one or two stops from Schonbrunn, Naschmarkt, (gay) bars, Wien Westbahnhof (west station). Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Great position next to underground and urban railroad (which goes to the airport). Very nice hotel overall (both rooms and common areas). friendly staff. Good value/price. - hotel staff is very friendly, and location of hotel is great, near hotel is a metro station (easy and quick connection to any part of the city)

All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception.
They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it.
This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country.
The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh.

- Pretty fast free WiFi Internet with a good coverage
- Close to the Metro (U-Bahn) station (some 200-300 meters), so a little bit shady neighborhood is not a big deal
- Nice choice of International TV channels

The Hotel is situated at an excellent location. U6, underground station Niederhofstrasse is in a 3 minutes walk from the hotel and a supermarket just across the hotel's entrance .
The room was big, really clean and it was tidied up by hotel staff every day.
The owner was really helpful and tended to all our needs.

Location was fabulous, a few minutes walk from the museum quarter, 15mins or so to st stephens catherdral and the shopping streets, underground only a few minutes walk, supermarket across the street, cafe and restaurants galore. Street is parallel to a street with more shoes, handbags and clothing stores you could wish for, staff very obliging all in all a great hotel.
