Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right outside a subway station with very frequent trains into the city center (~15 mins journey). And the room was available early morning at 8am - which is a first! - The hotel is very well located and staff is helpful and polite. The room is very good and we felt very well welcomed.   The apartments were in a very good place of Vienna. It's not far from markets and main squares. The room was tidy and wide. We could contact the receptionist any time we want by the phone near the door. And she also answered us by sms or email.
