Each apartment comes with a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, a double room, and a bathroom with a bath, a hairdryer and toilet. It furthermore features a furnished balcony with city views.
Several restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity, and the Museumsquartier as well as the Wiener Stadthalle, an indoor arena, can be reached within a 15-minute walk.
A tram stops and 50 metres away, and the Westbahnhof Underground Station (line U3 and line U6) is a 5-minute walk away and provides direct connection the the St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the city centre.

Location, greeter, apartment is in a nice secure building. It's modern, bright, clean and well equipped for a short stay. Nice, secure area close to shopping street, but away from its noise. Excellent value for money. Would look no further if in Vienna again.
I liked the clean spacious apartment. The design quality of everything. The balcony and especially the sheets. Lovely. There was good information about Vienna. Also very well equipped kitchen The reception from Welcome 2 Vienna was as good as possible.όλα τα σχόλια »

Nice clean apartment. Close to main shopping street but 20-30 minute stroll to downtown. Nice secure off street parking (24 Euro / day). Elevator to 3rd floor apartment. Great price.

Very unstable wifi signal constantly appearing and disappearing. 2 English channels only. It is for 3 people max, not 4 max unless a double sofa bed can be provided instead of current sofa.
Be aware you must call in advance to be met at the apartment. I had made a mistake and not called ahead. My fault but bad start.Also be sure to negotiate yaxi prices before you get in.
The lady that meet us at the apartment for check-in advised us that they only take cash. Not a bid deal but I didn't have the cash on hand so we had to walk a few blocks to the nearest ATM. At first she mentioned an additional cleaning fee also but the letsbookhotel.com reservation said all fees were included.
Street noise.
The lady that met us was late although I had already confirmed our arrival time with the host.
No washing machine/dryer. Only 1 tv channel in English language.
Very slow response to query and complaint. Very small bedroom.
