  I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated this room. The location is ideal and I stayed 12 nights!! The entrance/exit to U-bahn was a few feet around the corner. Didn't even have to cross street! Room was very clean and I always felt safe with location. Staff was super! I was in "budget" single room and there was ample room for 1 person. It is a bare-bones room but there is a min-bar (I just put my yog - Suffice it to say, we will be coming here from now on, every time we're in Vienna. The staff was really supportive, really nice people, we were given a quiet room, seeing that we were traveling with a baby, the room was (I guess) bigger than the one we had opted for and it was clean all the time. The hotel is located right across the street from Westbahnhof, so if you want a train station nearby...there you have it. And, not more thank 20 steps away from the hotel entrance, there's a metro stat

The location is great, near the wien bahnhof station which is the main one so it's so convenient to travel around vienna or going outside the city via obb trian. The room is clean and value. The restuarant there is not the bad choice! - The hotel is in a great location; very close to the metro which gives quick and easy access to the rest of the city. We had a refurbished room and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities are clean and the breakfast excellent. The price was expensive but, it is competitive for Vienna which is a little on the expensive side anyway. Overall I would certainly stay here again despite 1 or 2 teething problems.
