  Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to explore Vienna.   The staff at the desk were very helpful and took care of concert tickets, etc. The location is absolutely perfect! Easy to walk to everything and the subway station is very close. The breakfasts were varied day-to-day and the ladies were very efficient and attentive. They even gave me a small birthday celebration -- totally unexpected!   Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull.   Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό,ενώ είναι στο κέντρο είναι πολύ ήσυχο,πολύ καθαρό. - Excellent nstaff. Someone had been smoking in my room. The receptionist, Connie,did everything possible to get rid of the odour. She found and lit scented candles , opened windows etc. This was very impressive customer service. Apparently, the hotel has only 2 non-smoking rooms and it is impossible to police . - I really enjoyed my stay at the Aviano Pension. The location is excellent as well as the staff. It is a bit hidden, but it is definitely worth hunting it out. Since it was snowing very hard when we arrived, we took a taxi from the CAT (City Airport Train) which made it easy for us to find it. Overall, it was was a great experience, and I would definitely return to this hotel.
