- lady staff was very helpful (helped us to save on transportation cost to airport and identify a good Irish pub for my husband)
- hotel was right beside the bus stop, just a few minutes walk to Central station, right along the free Sydney shuttle tourist bus, very near supermarket, shops, budget restaurants; basically near Sydney attractions!

Staff were great. Very helpful. Rooms were basic but all you need was
there.close to convenience stores and there's a nice thai restaurant
across. A bit far from circular quay but next to free shuttle bus
service. Arrive quite early but staff manage to get me in my room which
was amazing after a 15hrs flight. Clean room and bathroom.was able to
leave my luggage for a few days. Close to darling harbour and chinatown

Location, location, location. A 2 minute walk to the King street Wharf and access to great walks, bars, café and nightlife along the waterfront of Darling Harbour. Even though there were busy roads all around the glass windows are sound proof so the room was very quiet. -

Location was very central. It was a 4 minute walk from Kings Cross Station and 20 minute walk into the city area (QVB). The staff were all very helpful. We were arriving in the morning and requested for an early check in one week in advance by calling up. When we arrived, we were told this request was not put in and there's a surcharge of $40 for

I loved the location, the design of the hotel, the downstairs access to two wonderful bars, being close by to great restaurants, a short walk to Potts Point, to fashionable Paddington & to the beautiful harbour views of Elizabeth Bay. I especially loved the comfy bed, this is always a must when staying in a hotel, I love a good night's sleep.

Very helpful staff. Very clean - Extremely well situated, 3 mn walk from Kings Cross station. Bars and restaurants around. Possible to arrive after hours if the staff is informed: the key waits for you in a small coded box close to entrance door. Free wifi connection.

your staff were very helpful and friendly we found the few days we stayed great , I know you are doing renovations at the moment and if people can actually survive the shock of walking through the front door not from anything visual but just the noise I'm sure they would be more than happy with there stay especially as we did and closeness to Sydn

I stayed here only one night but found the hotel quite satisfactory. It is close to the airport and van service - both to and from - was convenient and reliable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Staff members were very friendly and very helpful.

The staff were very friendly. We requested for an early check in time which they made it happen. They took care of the taxi rental reservation on the way back to the airport the next day. They even tried to put us as far form the pub as possible. There is a bistro down stairs so food was no problem. The next door pharmacy, grocery store is a plus

We stayed at the Sands because it was close to the airport. It was lovely to be able to stroll down to the beach and watch the surfers before getting our flight.

Friendly staff and efficient check in and out procedures. We used it as
an aiport hotel before we left after a 2 week holiday. Very convenient
for the airport (10 minutes) and with a very good range of local
restaurants and a beach oppoosite - not so isolated as some airport
hotels can be. Good availability of taxis in the morning so no waiting

The staff are always so helpful and friendly when I stay at Novotel Brighton. In particular Mitchell the assistant mgr this stay. I had a problem with a double booking and he sorted it really easily!
I also love the gym facilities. I travel a bit for work and it's great I get to have such great fitness options.

it did what i wanted , a cheap clean comfortable room in the middle of sydney, i was well pleased with it , no matter where i go in the world i use travel lodge , - It was a very nice hotel. The room was large and comfortable, maybe the bed was a little bit hard. It was very quiet. Staff was very helpfull.

We liked the venue for the proximity for my husband's surgery. We
would also like thank all the staff for their asssistance[hotel staff
included, eg Kim and one of her college's]when I had a reaction from

Great location, right in front of the metro station and close to bars
and night clubs. It's also the red light district of the city, but
it didn't bother me. The metro line is the one that goes to Bondi
beach and the walk is nice to the city center as well. Hop on hop off
tour is very close-by as well. The view I took was from the harbour, it

The staff were excellent especially Sam - after staying the first night
in the room as mentioned - I spoke with Sam who immediately upgraded us
to a beautiful room on the 13 floor - because of his attention to detail
and his manner we are definitely coming back to stay here - the other
front of house staff were also very very good.

The proximity to family living in Sydney, the breakfast included was great. Although we were in a busy city area, it was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and decor pleasant. -

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It was luxurious and very classy
for what I paid (35% discount). The room was amazing with an awesome
view of the harbor. It felt sooo relaxing and clean and modern. I loved
