Love that I never waited more than 5mins for something to be delivered to my room. The reception staff were amazing and very very helpful. Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel. The staff were wonderful. They were able to give directions around the local area easily, always had a smile, check in and check out was quick, and there was no problems with our request to stay an extra night.
Our room was lovely and had everything we needed for a nice weekend away.

I stayed in room 23 with my girl friend Karen Bosco who made the booking. I live in Adelaide Karen lives in Sydney and came to Katoomba to do the mountains with Karen over the Easter break. We were very impressed with the helpful staff, all very friendly and they supplied a lovely full breakfast in the dining room and in our room we also had a microwave and items to be zapped in it were available for purchase at the office. We entered our room it had the heating on and was lovely and warm and very comfortable the whole time. It is about 15 mins walk (with luggage) from the Katoomba Railway Station and very convenient to shops and all facilities.

Location is magnificent, the hotel is beautiful and very luxurious - I only wish we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy more of the facilities (we were in the area for a wedding)

The location was great. We had an access to the beach which was about 10
min walk, pubs, groceries. Public transport was awesome, it took only 15
min to get to the cbd and 25 min to Circular Quay. The room was well

Very impressed with the staff, the location was convenient for our reason for being in the city, grounds quite stark but we were in the city. Enjoyed a delicious evening meal, would dine there again, staff friendly and efficient, breakfast extremely generous. All in all a big tick. -

Good combination of units to select from. We had 3 x 2 bedroom units for a large family for a wedding. Plus a 1 bedroom for the bridal couple on their first night. Responsive staff that attended to our requests, Nick the manager was very helpful. Off street parking and very comfortable beds. Great to have laundry facilities as well.

We had a late arrival, and even though the gates were shut (good for security) we were allowed in with no fuss. The parking was plentiful and not far from our rooms. The rooms were spacious and we didn't expect a 2nd bathroom with the main bedroom. This was welcome as we were 3 women travelling on a business trip. A request for a modem for internet access was provided and installed with no fuss. The close proximity to the M4 freeway was perfect. And the cost was very reasonable.

Well, well: this particular Apartment was fitted out in ultra modern style - a real eye-opener, with the latest fittings in the kitchen, giant shower head, very bright lounge, big TV - even games for the kids for families! And books if you needed them. it's something very different - and has a nice decking area to sit out on - great timber look

Every time we have stayed we have been made welcome! We bring our small dog, Ralph, and he is made welcome too! The minute we arrive be let out a deep breath and relax. The food is wonderful, the views amazing and the rooms are a generous size and always very clean and comfortable. Thanks for always making our memorable and relaxing.
