Keranne and Dave were excellent hosts. Nothing was too,much bother for them. They booked transport and tours for us, told us where to find shops, restaurants etc. their apartments are beautifully kept. -

The Martinique is so conveniently positioned (on the main street and only metres from he 4 mile beach) yet extremely private. The managers were very hospitable and gave great advice on eateries and the activites available - the owners fred and antonia were very helpful and charming the service was great

Well appointed, clean, self-contained unit that was very private and comfortable. Pool was lovely and the gardens were beautiful and well-maintained. Staff was very friendly, very helpful and efficient. A great location with a five minute, easy walk to the shops or the beach which was excellent.

The rooms are very comfortable for two people to stay in and the view from our room was outstanding. We have never stayed in Macrossan St on our previous 6 visits to Port as thought it would be noisy. Not so and an ideal location to walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

Owners friendly and helpful . Very central, just down from main street with the restaurants, cafes, and shops . We stayed for 8 nights at this fabulous accommodation. The studio was very well equipped kitchen, bathroom and comfortable large bed. We over looked the garden with barbecue ,garden and pool. The staff are very friendly and recommended and booked days out for us. Would defiantly stay again. Port Douglas is a relaxed small town with great bars and resteraunts and good shopping.and the accommodation is in easy walking distance. The beach is a 5 minute walk.

waited to wave us off as we left, we couldn't have asked for more. -
Anne, the host was, very welcoming and was very very helpful with advice regarding eating, shopping, tours etc plus explaining all the things available at the Freestyle Resort. The room had everything we wanted to make our stay comfortable. It was only a block away from CBD which meant it was quiet and also there was a short forced exercise/walk every time we wanted to go somewhere which was good.In summary! A good all rounder.

We loved the facilities. It felt right at home, and the place seemed like excellent value. Short walk to the beach, a small but pretty pool, bbq every night under the southern sky. Free beach toys for loan! -

The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming. Very helpful staff, great position. Good value for money. Rooms were very clean and bright. Really appreciated extra touches such as free use of beach umbrellas and chairs as well as kids toys. Thanks for making our first day at Port Douglas so memorable.

Excellent place to stay and relax in Port Douglas. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and this made all the difference. The facilities are very good (pool, laundry) and the location is within walking distance of Port Douglas attractions. -

Pip and Trevor were very welcoming, the pubs, restaurants, and shops are right there at the front door step. It was a great place to stay with all the facilities you need. No need to have a car because you can walk every where.!! -

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our 2 bedroom appartment - it was very spacious, had air-con., large kitchen and laundry facility - a must for families! and they are always willing to have a chat and pass on their experience

The room is enormous! Lovely king sized bed. Good lounge and dining facilities. The hot Tub on the balcony was an unexpected bonus.
The pool area is very nice although there are some quite big and unexpected drops in the pool floor levels.

Stayed at VSM first two weeks of October. A beautiful spacious apartment in A Spanish style; clean and cosy. Excellent location right in the heart of main street, with shops and restaurants a short stroll from the apartment. Apartment was very comfortable and clean, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
