Cardiff train station is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments. The Apartments are within 5 minutes’ walk to shops, restaurants and cafes.

We stayed in unit 7 for 4 days, it's a wonderful appartment, I like the fact there is no staff and access is easy with a combination key number, The first impression is glamous, brilliant, with room enough for 5 people if needed, bathrooms are gorgeous, with great water pressure and its mins from entertainment and shopping- try buffet at the RSL great value and all you can eat. All at a reasonable price.

I was worried about the noise as the apartments are located near an intersection but there was no issue with noise at night. The apartment was spacious and very modern. The beds were amazingly comfortable to sleep on! Great position. The perfect accomadation for a family with kids. The check-in & check-out process was very easy. The apartment was very modern. clean & comfortable. Very good value for money. Perfect for families. The size of the 2 bedroom apartment. Newly outfitted. Near RSL and supermarkets. Booking staff very friendly. Very quiet we were at back of complex. Great location with club, restaurant and supermarket near by. Clean and tidy rooms made us feel relax and comfortable. The style and comfort of the unit ... Cardiff was an ideal position in Newcastle - close to most things needed. Staff went over and above to accommodate our needs. Lovely apartment, could have stayed much longer!. The apartment very comfortable and new facilities as well privacy. Cheap and value for money. The whole experience was first class. The cleanliness and the decor was perfect. Plenty of space to move around,big rooms, 2 toilets, garage, modern design. Easy family accommodation that is clean, modern and self contained. The units were clean and spacious and in a great location. Clean, comfortable bed clean bathroom security. Ease of booking and entry. Clean simple accomm. Very Spacious, very clean, comfortable bedding. The bed and home entertainment set up. Great apartment. Spacious unit,. Very clean. Space, facilities, proximity to shopping centres etc. Work was going on in new/other apartments - tradespeople very cooperative in regards to moving vehicles when needed etc. THe location and style of the apartment were great. Appearance was good.Rooms were very spacious. the size and cleanliness of the apartment. Unit was clean and modern. Location. Nothing, just take pictures of any damage or stains to make sure that you are not paying for slight imperfections others have made however very well kept. N/A. The place was dirty. There was hair everywhere, even in the fridge. The dvd player didnt work properly, and the air con upstairs would turn off every 2 hours. The building next door was under construction so the noise began at 7am. Would be a problem if guests were having an extended stay. Also, apartment on busy road traffic noise meant a sleep in was impossible. Our unit didn't have a garage, and were only told after we arrived. We did manage to find park. Traffic noise is a big issue. Also there is not enough space to park the second car. The things that didn't work .. ie Exhaust fans didn't work, air conditioning in the bedroom wasn't working and there were a couple of loose tiles on the bedroom floor ... small things to be sorted in what appeared to be a very new apartment... Should have laundry in apartment. There was nothing not to like. No washing machine, could not log onto wifi conection.poor reception to mobile phone. Difficult and certainly not a permanent feature, however the building work made space cramped for parking and reversing the car. The unit could have done with a few repairs to blinds that wouldn't work. The beeping of the traffic lights outside. Couldn't find a way into the building. No one to greet us and give us information about the apartment. Difficult to get to from the highway- no signage, except at the front of the building. Furnishings were a bit sparse, e.g. a coffee table in the loungeroom would be good together with another bedside lamp in the main bedroom. The car spaces. the work man. We didnt like the fact there was no or very little room to park, due to building.Maybe rearrange loungeroom for better viewing of tv by all lounges. Would like to be informed workmen would be entering our apartment while we were out. Came back to find work done inside and no knowledge of this. The fact that we had to clean nearly all cooking and eating utensils, and containers prior to use. No soap or handtowels for 2nd toilet and maggots and coachroaches in unwashed dishers in cupboards. THe dishwasher itself was dirty and the toilet brush container contaned brown smelly liquid. Really really anoyed by the fact there was no laundry(even though they were pictured on web site). This was the main reason for booking these appartments as we were playing netball (4 appartments booked) and we had no where to wash and dry uniforms. Aso situated next to traffic light which were very niosey. The costs for cleaning at $175 per night cleaning should be part of price. They were building new units on the same site which meant that the driveway was blocked by vehicles and the workers were starting work at 7am resulting in a noisy environment. We should have been advised before booking. My complaint was not even answered after a request that management should respond. construction site with workers vehicles blocking access mid afternoon - at night multiple guests in other rooms come in late and block exit from garage , last visit I needed to leave at 4:00am but had to wait until 6:50am before someone came and moved a ute from the front of my garage. not coming back as this is the second time in a row.
