Pacific Plaza Apartments Surfers Paradise are 5 minutes’ drive from Seaworld, and 10 minutes’ drive from Jupiters Casino. Gold Coast Airport and Movieworld are each a 30-minute drive away. All apartments have laundry facilities and a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Each apartment has cable TV and a DVD player, and most also have a spa bath and a flat-screen TV. Guests can relax in the sauna, or enjoy a meal in the barbecue area. The tour desk can book tickets to the Gold Coast theme parks, including Dreamworld and Wet ‘n’ Wild Water World.

The stunning view,The Tropical Birds, the facilities (being able to wash clothing, kitchen etc) the big open two bedroom Apartment (room 40, 10th Floor) that I would love to stay in again . We didn't want to leave! :). The view & size of the apartment was excellent. Kitchen bench / breakfast bar was great also. The manager was a great guy & offered a hand to pack surfboard on roof during horrific weather.
όλα τα σχόλια » The rooms have recently been refurbished and are fantastic! The Ocean Avenue Bistro/Takeaway across the road has amazing food at very reasonable prices and great coffee!. The location was perfect, we loved the pool/spa and found having a dedicated carpark fantastic. Was also wonderful to be able to watch the whales from our balcony. Loved the view from our room. We were there in July so a bit chilly but the pool was so warm and enjoyable. Great location. the apartment itself the view large table great for family and friend to visit bed great feeling of holiday. Loved the location and the helpful gentleman at reception. Loved the size of the apartment and the pool area. The view was amazing. Beds comfortable. Loved the kitchen, being able to cook our own meals. with a car, everything was just a drive away. situated among good places to visit and eat. The location was excellent Foxtel kept the kids entertained Good Pool & Spa. the room was comfortable and spacious beds were great handy to everything. location, location, location sunrise, sunset, whales, ocean. Location. Staff. no deposit. I liked them all. The beach views. Everything!. In walking distance of all restaurants and shops and beautiful few over the ocean. Location. Location. location was great, close to beach and shops. The pool and spa were enjoyed by us too. The view and location were fantastic. Convenient to beach. Loved everything :). The only thing I would fault was the height of the carpark. Only 1.8 mt. No good for a four wheel drive with anything on the roof. There was no air-conditioning in our room, but on the 14th floor, you could leave the windows open and you got a great breeze and no midgees bit you. Apartment was a bit tired and not as flash as the selected images displayed on your website but overall it worked well. The bedroom furniture was either falling apart in bedroom 2, or in the main the bed seemed to need attention. It rocked and was squeaky. The kitchen was a little greasy and had hand marks every where. No one manning reception when we needed them. ie; Spa wasnt working. would of liked more towells. grill dirty. No Air Conditioning Spa Bath was not working Lacked cutlery. nothing. no rubbish bin in room. We did not like how the tv in bedroom did not work ,lighting not working in main change area and the towel rack fell of wall I put it back up. Tv cabinit in lounge room is in poor condition. There were no tongs to cook with. Room did not match web site pics ?. Nothing!. It was not very clean and a bit run down. No air-conditioning. Reception hours. Floor was cold as the living room was not carpeted. There was no cleaning services. The apartment was old in appearence and not airconditioned, there was 12 months worth of filth under the beds(disgusting!) and our SUV did not fit under the parking provided as it was limited to only 1.8mtrs!. We selected the Pacific Plaza based on photos on their web site. The apartment we were given(apartment 40 on the 10th floor) bore no resemblance to the photo's on the web site, it was dated and needed to be repaired and upgraded, furniture included. We spoke to the staff and were told that the units are independently owned and they knew some needed to be upgraded. There were no other apartments available and we were not given any discount to compensate for the lower standard. Our room was filthy & rundown. Suitable for an unruly schoolies group, not a family. Staff unwilling to hear complaints or offer alternative. Need to be cleaned up & refurbished before taking anyone else's money.
