Being adjacent to Portside, we found the motel ideal and suited to our needs as we were sailing on the Sun Princess the following day. It was also close to a delightful seafood restaurant on Nudgee Road (which we would recommend). My wife and her friend stayed at the motel a year ago and recommended your establishment. The convenience to the Brisbane International Airport, just 10mins away. The room was large, very clean and even though on a very busy road, there is no noise as the windows are double glazed, a real plus. Convenient to restaurants, room service breakfast was good and on time. The staff very friendly and obliging.

Able to sit and use reception area quietly the next day in state of jet lag and exhaustion before moving to next destination. Selected hotel mainly due to location. It was reasonably priced and rooms were clean, comfortable and provided tea & coffee making facilities. Gentleman on the front desk was very friendly and helpful, which was great. The owner was very friendly and helpful in showing us how to use the public transport to get to the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was conveniently close to the cruise terminal also which is what we wanted. Checked in late; directions texted earlier in the day. Instructions very easy to follow and clear. Special requests were catered for. Felt like a bit of Heaven after 4 days of travelling. Will definitely stay again. The helpfulness of Management with our car problems and storage of our broken pod.The closeness to a wonderful Fish Restaurant (walking distance) and airport was a big plus.A great place to stay. The location was close to the airport without the noise of planes. Double glazing prevented traffic noise too. Five minutes walk to a a small riverside shopping mall with plenty of restaurants. Great size family accommodation with two good sized bedrooms, quiet and near the airport. Fridge with an array of drinks (for sale) was a bonus at the end of a busy day. Free onsite parking. This motel is in a position handy to both the city, restaurants and the airport. The staff are friendly, there is loads of parking and the rooms are very clean and well appointed. Close to the Airport cheaper to get the bus than the taxi to the Airport if there is one or two of you .Hotel has every thing you need for a short stay. An upgrade to a larger bed is of no advantage to me traveling on my own and should be something for repeat custom. just thought it was A bit over priced. no problems the tv could have been bigger. Lack of in-house restaurant. Toilet leaked and ran continually. The first night a staff member came and had a look by was unable to resolve permanently, advised it would be looked at next day. When we arrived back on our second night nothing had been resolved. Instead we had to turn it off at the tap so we could get some sleep as it was extremely noisy. We advised another staff member on checkout and all they said was "that's going to be expensive to fix". Was rather quite disgusted at the response. a little traffic noise but otherwise ok. Can't. Think of anything!. Decor a little tired and ordinary. Seemed to have trouble getting ABC channel. On a major road and had a room with a street view hence there was a bit of traffic. Being rung at 9.55 am to tell m I had to be out of the room within a few minutes. not alot of restaurants/cafe's in walking distance. Not close to cafes or restaurants. External aircon condenser vibration a bit noisy.
